Cupcake: A YouTube Originals Animated Short / Pride
“Cupcake” is an animated, short film produced and developed by YouTube Originals as part of their live stream celebration of Pride ‘21 and the LGBTQIA+ community. The story centers around a baker who experiences a change of heart when shown the beauty of diversity and inclusivity. With a sprinkle of magic, Allyson (our baker) realizes that love knows no gender, race, or orientation. The short was introduced by Demi Lovato during the Pride Livestream. It was written and developed by myself and partner, Lorrin O’Neill.
